Date a woman from United States. I'm looking for that guy who I can hardly wait to turn my cell on to call when I land at an airport. And someone who feels the same for me.
ABOUT ME: I'm all-American lady--a combination of independent and feminine. As comfortable in jeans as in black tie, I like dressing up, dressing down, being with friends, cuddling at home or enjoying music anywhere. I am traditional and tend to shy away from too much pretension. I've been told that I'm "grounded, warm, accommodating, playful -- and conversant on many topics". At my core, I'm "all girl".
I'm 5'3" tall, wear a size 4 and am evenly proportioned. Sorry, no fake body parts. I like to work out 3-4 times a week and prefer to date men who take their health and "figures" seriously.
My family is from N.C. (farms are comfortable for me); I spent 7 years growing up in Europe as a child. I've travelled internationally quite a bit, and will do more.
I've lived in Laguna Beach for 29 years and have volunteered quite a bit in my community. Because of some of my work, I spend some of my eves attending cocktail receptions: museum and gallery openings; civic events, fundraisers, jazz and chamber music concerts; and live theatre. (Don't worry, I'm comfortable going alone.) I enjoy great dining, some dancing...as well as watching sunsets on beach picnics. An evening or Sunday at home cooking with someone special, enjoying a nice wine--and, then, a good movie in front of a fire--is even better.
I love music: smooth or classic jazz, oldies, Latin, Classical/Chamber, Country, Van Morrison-- allmost all kinds (except not rap or heavy metal!) Reading is a passion. Rainy days with a good book or movie --and a fire (with my partner, perhaps, enjoying same) are considered real treats. My favorite recent movie was "Midnight in Paris".
My exercise includes long walks, USING my treadmill and weights. Doesn't mean the guy I'm with shouldn't enjoy his outdoor and/or athletic activities; I think it's great if my partner has his own hobbies and/or buddies, whether it be to go golfing, surfing, skiing, diving, flyfishing--whatever. Everyone needs their outlets--and space.
I am a simple and complex woman -and although very busy professionally, I will make it a priority to make myself available to develop a beautiful relationship with a wonderful man.
