Date someone special from Ceres, United States. I'm starting a new chapter in my life. I love animals, both live stuffed (toys). I love toys!!! You're never too old for a wad of modeling clay. There is enjoyment FUN everywhere. It's all who you are with. I have 2 cats, 1 big dog and 2 parakeets. There is always something going on with them. In fact, I just banned the cats from the house during the day. Stempy was bringing in her daily kills and making a mess in my bedroom! I like the outdoors: hiking, camping bicycling are things I like to do. I like to watch and listen to the birds. I like to crush the crisp fall leaves under foot. I like to walk in the rain. I've also been known to race cork boats in the flowing gutter.
I'm 5'4" and 135 pounds.
I love a sense of humor. I find humor in just about thing. That's how I've gotten through life. I am direct, honest loyal. and sometimes funny. I'm spontaneous, organizationally challenged, love chocolate, red vines ice cream.
I love to watch my dog follow a scent trail. I like the beach when it's overcast. I like the wind in my hair. I like to camp or 5 star hotels, I'm flexible with that!. I read a lot.
Romantic: hmm. I love sunrises and sunsets. I think there is romance everywhere. We bring it with us. So yes I am romantic.
As a young adult I traveled internationally a bit.
I'd like to travel more in the US. I'd also like to get to Costa Rica for a canopy tour of the rainforest.
I've also done some sailing in the Monterey Bay, years ago. Sailing gets into your veins. My sister her hubby are going to sail the world when he retires in a couple of years. I plan on crewing a leg here and there.
My sister in Colorado gave me skiing lessons last year. Wow that is fun. That is definitely on my list of repeats, maybe you can coach me.
I like most music. Attended many symphony concerts here locally. I like the stage as well. Like the Ironstone Winery venue as well. Taj Mahal, Etta James, Rock Roll, Show tunes. Some favorites, Me and Bobby McGee (Janis Joplin) Sympathy for the Devil (Stones), Over the Rainbow It's a Wonderful World. I'm trying to learn to play the harmonica. It's going to take a bit.
Some of my favorite movies, I guess they are because when they are on the TV I always watch them, even though I own them! lol go figure! I like action and drama as well. NPR; Fresh Air, American Life & of course Wait, Wait Don't tell me!
I would like someone to discuss current events with. I want to snuggle and laugh out loud while sharing a movie or sitcom.
