A little bit about me, I am a retired military officer, and my career spanned over 30 years. I am asked frequently why the ID of Astronut. Actually, in my early days in the military, I was a weather observer for the space program. I was very fortunate to have lived in many countries in Europe and Asia. As of now, I work in engineering for a well established company here in the Valley.
I have many interests, underwater/nature photography, kayaking, hiking and traveling. As far as sports, I enjoy auto racing and I have a love/hate relationship with golf ! I am not a "Harley guy", I would much rather sail my Bay in my boat. I enjoy the history and geography of the old Foothill towns, a passion for the ocean, traveling and the arts.
I am not on here as a "Hopeless Romantic", I am more of a Hopeful Romantic ! I am from the Old School, where a man still opens the door for a lady, sends ecards just for fun, flowers just to say hello.
