I have met someone (Feb. 2012) and we have agreed to explore our relationship and see where it goes. He is wonderful, and yes I do feel those butterflies, and find myself smiling for no reason. A little about me:
I became a widow 4 years ago and am just now deciding to date again. I believe that family comes first then God and country. Integrity is important to me, as is honesty, and loyalty. I have a very large close knit extended family that I spend much of my time with, and a few very close friends. I have been a workaholic lately only because I value my job and the people I have worked closely with over the last 25 yrs. I am ready to slow down and spend time with that special person. Just spending time together, kicking back at home, traveling and seeing new sites or, after spending time apart ,sharing a coffe and talking about our experiences or varied interests. I love to travel and have been to China, Egypt, Great Britian, and Mexico, and am looking forward to a trip to Ireland, Scotland, and Alaska (for the fishing) sometime in the near future. I also love the outdoors (camping, hiking, hunting, riding motorcyles and or horses) and take every opportunity to take short impromptu trips, but not as often as I would like.
