Date a woman from United States. Ok, this is where we are supposed to say how smart we are, how fast, and high we can climb, bike, hike....How super fit we are, but what about the normal everyday stuff that life is made of....the being there for the other person, the family time, the times when you really want to just kick back and relax. Everyone is so caught up in being SUPER person and trying to impress.... Anyway just my random thoughts.
I have lived numerous places including Alaska, WA, UT, MT, OH, AZ. I started life in Ohio, so have that great midwest grounding. We moved to Alaska when I was in Jr High. I moved to Tucson sight unseen 10 yrs ago and LOVE it!! ....But...would move for love of the right person!! :) A solid relationship is more important than where you live.
I raised my children, for the most part alone...and no, none of them are in jail or axe murderers...at least not that I know of. I am very close to them and enjoy visiting, 2 in CO. near Denver, 2 in southern CA and 1 here in Tucson. Needless to say I was pretty busy with that for many years and then worked on my career...NOW it is my time.
Going to the mountains, dancing, walking, movies, going to the gym, concerts, social events or day trips, longer trips when time allows, the ocean is always great, outdoor activities, discovering new things about Arizona Colorado, galleries, plays, wine tasting, festivals, discovering old museums and such, all things I enjoy.....Wow, talk about a run-on sentence!
Spontaneity – a good thing! - fly to Sedona for lunch?, a movie in the middle of a work day?, a quick trip to San Diego, Aspen? a run up to Windy Point to to take in the view?.... Would love to travel more. I love seeing and doing new things. Spending summers in Colorado would be wonderful. One of my favorite things is simply sitting on my back patio and looking at Sabino Canyon, watching the ever changing mountains.
It's always great to be around fun lively people....but of course there are those times when it's nice to have some quiet time with that someone special. It's always nice to just cuddle and watch TV, just hang out, go for a walk or drive. I like to go dancing once in awhile. I really like live music and l love outdoor concerts.
Most of my friends and family (of course they are supposed to) think I'm pretty funny and love to have a good time...sometimes actually quite goofy...NOT to be confused with "airhead"!! I believe in the child within!! I will be the one at 80 still skipping down the sidewalk...appearances be damned! As they say "you're only here for a little while".

What I'm looking for: I know it sounds like a cliche, but I want a man who is intelligent with a great sense of humor. A man with confidence and a great SMILE! Someone that can socialize with all types of people and find something interesting in anyone. Be intelligent, degrees and certificates are wonderful, but common sense is more important to me. Family should be important, whether it's kids, parents, or just friends that are close like family. A sense of moral rightness, a man of his word.
Be loving, supportive and caring but not a push-over...be someone I can respect. Be someone I can trust with lifeРІР‚в„ўs up and downs, my thoughts, imperfections and heart....

Meet someone special from United States. I can't believe I've resorted to online dating! Never thought I would, but here I am! Soooo, here we are... I've been divorced longer than I was married (that could be any amount of time, right?, but a gal's gotta have a little mystery about her), no kids but like them (some of them), am self-employed and really enjoy what I do. Along with the aforementioned, I'm fun and funny, intelligent, responsible and loyal, hopeful and loving. I'm ultimately interested in a committed relationship (not necessarily marriage, but not excluding it, either), but would want to take my time developing a friendship and then see where that might take us.
I have a background in ballet and modern dance and love to dance, in general. Down the road, I'd love to learn how to ballroom dance. It's an excellent form of exercise and it would be lovely to find someone who would enjoy this activity with me. It's a great way to learn about each other, too! If dance is of no interest to you, that's not a deal-breaker. As much as I love to dance, I also love to sing -- especially blues, jazz, folk and country. (Yes, I believe I could actually get you to like country music.) I used to sing professionally, but haven't performed in several years. I enjoyed it alot, however, so I'm considering pursuing it again. In any case, I love most kinds of music and am open to new genres and artists all the time.
I love dogs, and I deeply value my relationships with my friends and family. I'm looking for someone who shares those values, is health-minded, fairly fit, and can actually offer some give and take in a conversation. I really enjoy entertaining (some cooking and baking, too.) If you like to cook, and/or play a musical instrument, or racquet sports, if you like riding horses (even better if you have some!), or if you have a creative bent, if you're a really good guy -- I'd love to hear from you.
