I am currently a very grateful and enthusiastic 2nd year medical student. I decided to go to medical school as a direct result of my experience in the Peace Corps in Africa. I plan on becoming a family practice physician, working with underserved populations both in the US and in developing countries. When I am not studying, I enjoy doing what most people enjoy doing, as well as birdwatching, running, volunteering with refugees, and gardening. If I had a special someone to go with, I would love to go hiking/backpacking/camping. I am originally from San Francisco and Seattle, and am somewhat new to Arizona. I have a lot of exploring to do!
About who I’m looking for? I’m looking for a man who has a “helping” profession. That is, someone who is working to better humanity. I exercise 6-7 times a week. I love to try new things and to push your body to the limit when it comes to working out. My favorite now is kickboxing 4-5 times a week in addition to yoga and weight lifting in between.
A family is one thing in life I have yet to accomplish. I am not in a rush , but I am warming up to the idea and in the end that is where I see myself.

I'm back in Tucson after serving 4 years in the USAF, then bachelor's degree in Minnesota and my grad school in Kansas. I enjoy sports and love to help people so my career in sports medicine is a perfect combo.
