As a Marine veteran not a pretty boy, but also not too hard on the eye, leathery and well worn and lived in, with a boxer appearance complete with facial scars and a nose and cheek bones that have obviously been broken more than once. I have an even temperament, am soft spoken and wouldn't go out of my way to hurt anyone, but I also don't take prisoners if pushed into a corner.
I’m a �Natural Born Flirt’ and a jokester with a sarcastic sense of humor but I am also an ethical and honest man. I can't handle drama queens, if your life is full of drama or if you’re seeking manipulations we're not for each other to say the least and I'll toss your butt to the curb in a heartbeat if either flaw is detected.
On the other hand, if your into having a good time and would like to enjoy each other's company while getting to know each other, then I'm your guy. I have been separated for 2 years and have been recently told reconciliation is not in the cards. The separation alone probably doesn't make me the best of men because from what I've seen most women don't get rid of even the most obvious jerks and asses, instead their treated like old handbags. Until recently, I never thought of myself in that light but there you go.
What I’m probably most guilty of is complacency and being too focused on work and life’s little challenges. With 3 grown children I think at least for my To Be Ex- the empty nest syndrome also played an effect on her. But what do I know, I'm just a man and now realize how much less I understand about women than I thought I did.
I've spent the last 2 years attempting to figure out myself and circumstances in my life, while also seeking a reconciliation, I’ve come to the conclusion that everything that could have changed has, the things that could not have changed have left myself and my To Be –Ex friendly with full grown children in common but the relationship is over and life needs to move forward, �Time Stops for No Man’ simply said at times the right answer is �It Is…What It Is or All That It Can Be’. But believe me besides being stubborn and steadfast I’m no saint, there’s 2 sides to every story. So take this disclosure with a grain of salt and form your own opinion.
So now I'm checking out this site to meet women for casual socializing and dating. But I’m not even sure what my emotional capacities are right now, I’m more likely to find �Casual’ over being found to be capable of �Long-Term’. While I'm not looking here for love, I am also not afraid to love and I am definitely seeking something more than anonymous. For now said plainly and honestly as possible I'm rebounding from a long marriage and I'm not above sex as a sport so beware of that circumstance for yourself and just let me assure you I'm not a game player or a promise maker every personal relationship in life earns it's own merits and is navigated by both parties to be mutually beneficial, otherwise we'd just be attempting to take advantage of each other. That’s not me for sure…and I would hope it’s not you either.
I do still love and desire the company of a good lady and believe just her smile can change my entire day. I'm pretty laid back and for the most part gentlemanly. In the meantime, I'm dusting myself off and it's time to get back on the horse so to speak, at least with the right cowgirl (or reverse).
Just one other single clarification, I smoke a pipe and have an occasional cigar with cognac or brandy, it's a man cave thing. I've only met one woman that would smoke a cigar with me but she was younger than my daughter and simply a friend. I did like her spirit though good mojo, even when she turned a little green, I say this with a sly grin every time I recall the story.
