Date someone special from Alabama, United States. I am originally from Pensacola, Florida, but now call Birmingham home. I work full time as a registered nurse. In my spare time I enjoy making stained glass, spending time with family and friends, and I am a pug rescue volunteer. My taste in music ranges anywhere from classical to classic rock to 80's to alternative/dance and most everything in between. However, I am not a big fan of country or rap. I love movies and tv, but again, my taste varies a great deal. Recent shows that I have been watching include Dexter, True Blood, CSI (Las Vegas), Modern Family, and have recently started watching The Office and Parks and Recreation. I am open to discovering something new, something different! My taste in movies varies as well. For example, I like Breakfast At Tiffany's, Pretty in Pink, The Breakfast Club,The Nightmare Before Christmas, most (not all) Disney movies, almost anything with John Cusack in it, Dead Poets Society, Shawshank Redemption, Amadeus, To Kill a Mockingbird, Mommie Dearest, Seven, Serenity (and Firefly), Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, Role Models, Harry Potter, and yes, I have watched the Twilight movies (not a Twihard or whatever the die hard fans call themselves). That only represents some of what I like. As far as what I am looking for..... Be my friend first. If something else happens, that is great. If not, we each have a new friend.
