I am, my mother's daughter. I love the beach, the way fabric softener smells, good movies, good friends, and good times. As much as I love THOSE things, I love music more. Writing is another passion of mine.
I don't sleep on pillows...in fact, I don't even sleep in my own bed, I prefer my red couch, which I've affectionately dubbed "Reggie." I have quite the affinity for lower case letters, ellipses, Starbucks coffee, and reality tv (hey, don't you go judging me now). I like to have fun, but I'm not a party animal, I generally steer clear of clubs and dancehalls--I prefer the social buzz of a bar, especially one with live music.
I love laughing and being around people that I can make laugh, and can make me laugh. I believe life's too short to spend it worrying about the things that you can not change...it's also too short to spend regretting things...don't regret what you've done, regret the things you DIDN'T do when you had the chance...
oh, and did I mention that I'm COMPLETELY RANDOM?

I enjoy spending time with our family and friends both new and old. I have a large extended family and we get together often to cook out. I have one older brother. I am very involved with the Montgomery Area Down Sysndrome Group in Montgomery, I am the current President. We have an Annual Buddy Walk for Down Syndrome Awareness each fall. The last few years we have had it at Biscuit Stadium. This is a passion of mine and I work hard to help others understand and not be intimidated or awkward around individuals with Downs. We are more alike than different. I know I can not save the world but I can change the world of a child!

Meet someone special from United States. I am a registered nurse who works 7p-7a. I work with sick babies in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. I love what I do but there are not a lot of opportunities to meet people at work. Let's be honest, the field of nursing is predominately female. I have been a travel nurse for the past few years. While I have had an amazing time and made many life long friends along the way, I have yet to meet my soul mate. That being said, I have chosen Huntsville to finally put down some roots and hopefully build a life for myself here.
Most of my friends consider me to be an outgoing and happy person. I consider myself to be fairly tolerant and can get along with almost anyone. My friends and family are extremely important to me. I love animals. My dog, Maddie, is my sidekick. I am extremely allergic to cats. I enjoy hanging out with friends, laying by the pool, going to the beach and Auburn Football. I am looking for friends and whatever else may happen. I am keeping an open mind. I don't really know the Huntsville area that well and wouldn't mind getting to know a few more people...you can never have too many friends.
. I could just tell you that I’m easy going and fun, but I’ve notice everyone online seems to be. Really, I'm an adventurous girl. By that, I don't mean I dare to use the trendy shade of nail polish. I mean I go four-wheeling in Alaska, take the polar bear plunge into 37 degree water, "ride the bull" down the rapids of the Ocoee river, embark on a roadtrip with no plan, no rules, just my best friend and a map, and live to tell about it all! Someday, when I’m an old grandma, I don’t want to look back at my life and reminisce about all that great TV I watched. I want to sit back and think, “I really enjoyed earning that scar.”
When I’m not hanging out with celebrity fishermen or dressing up for say, the Texas Ren Faire, I spend my time as a graphic designer and illustrator. I'm an artist in all things, and I love to create and be around other creative people and environments. On any given day, you might find me in a museum, gallery, hole in the wall curiosity shop, thrift store, science center, or library. I love to read. I love to learn, and I love to make things… Pinterest will probably be the death of me. That firepit project is pretty ambitious!
As far as my ideal match, I’m looking for a man that wants to embrace the pursuit of a woman, a guy who is willing to take the lead. It's sexier than you can even begin to realize. As far as what I want that man to be like, well, I love it when a guy has a good sense of humor and a carefully honed sarcastic wit. Your ability to shift seamlessly from serious intellectual conversation to any given nerdism is a definite bonus. I'm an active person. I love the outdoors, travel, and exploring and enjoying new and familiar places and the guy for me would have to be simpatico. Of course, I enjoy a nice dinner and a night at the movies too… it can’t all always be roller coasters and speedboats after all.
