Date men and women from Penn Valley, United States. I've lived in California my entire life but I've traveled all over the country and out of it a few times - Brazil, Spain, BVI and USVI. I'm passionate in all aspects of my life - sometimes that gets me over my head but most of the time it's a good thing. I love new experiences and I'll try almost anything at least once - you never know what great things may come from unexpected incidents.
I work as a canine and equine hydrotherapist on my family's ranch. It's hard work but at the end of the day I know I've done something worth while. There's not a better feeling in the world. I also own my own business, which launched in August last year. It's slowly taking off.
When I'm not working, I'm finding something to do. The word "bored" is not in my vocabulary. Making jewelry, playing with my dog, working out, swimming or curling up by the fire. Movies or dinner with friends, or going for a hike... there are lots of options, I guess those are just a few. I'm not a bar rat, never have been, but I do like meeting up with close friends for a drink on occasion.
I love being outside - camping, hiking, riding horses, swimming... most outdoor activities work for me! Getting dirty is never a problem, so if we find ourselves out in the mud that is perfectly fine by me - I'm a country girl. On the other hand, I also love dressing up and going out - dinner and a movie works! Lately, I've been enjoying exploring new places in Sacramento and experiencing "city life". Creative dates are always fun and something new will always get a smile out of me! I'm always open for new experiences.
Some of my favorite things: weekend getaways, board games, new restaurants, amusement parks, going to sports events, exploring new places, and just being interested in learning new things.
I want someone who is ambitious and confident with goals in mind for their future. I want a man who has his life together. A great sense of humor is mandatory! I don't want to be the center of someone's universe and vice versa. I am not looking for a casual hook-up, and I won't be anyone's casual hook-up. Period. This may seem picky, but I just know what I want and what I don't want anymore. Honesty and faithfulness are INCREDIBLY important to me - I would rather you tell me the hard truth than lie to my face. More than anything else, I want someone I can smile and laugh and have fun with - if nothing more than a friendship comes out of this experience then that's okay.

I am just an average nice person, with above average capabilities, I work full time at a very exciting interesting career, I go home and keep to myself (yes I know that sounds boring, so here I am with a silly ad :)
I guess I have been a bit of a recluse in recent years!!! LOL

My kids used to tell me I laugh in my sleep sometimes-- they tell me I still do :) I laugh a lot when I am awake as well.
I am just a very happy person!!!
I am quite serious when it is called for, especially at work.
I believe loyalty, honesty and integrity are requirements in life.
I am "cool enough" to know that I am "not cool anymore" HAHA! Kids have a way of letting you know these things and you've got to laugh. I have one teenage son left at home, and three grown kids that are off on their own, I am very proud of all of them.
I am very devoted to my Faith, my spiritual connectedness.
I guess I am probably a bit of an enigmatic character or story, well worth the read :)
