Date men and women from San Diego, United States. Who am I? ...I'm an authentic midwesterner with core values, but definitely enjoy California livin'. I would describe myself as hard working and confident with a goal-orientated mindset. I enjoy making people laugh. I am intelligent and carry on meaningful conversations. I am a helper and listener. When I am with someone special I like being spontaneous, adventurous, romantic, playful, surprising them with little gestures and basically having that type of fun you see two people who just met that are in the “honeymoon stage” of their relationship having. It’s something I want to never fizzle or go away like an incredible friendship connection. I’m looking for someone who has similar qualities and desires someone who they can connect with… I feel there has to be mutual physical attraction for there to be chemistry between two individuals, so being fit and having good looks are important. Much more so... being honest, communicating, encouraging and affectionate toward one another is most important! Having some similar interests helps….. Some things I enjoy are: spending time with my friends and family, especially my nephew (in the photo), fine dining, cooking, entertaining, craft beer, wine tasting, skydiving (a new passion), hiking, surfing, snowboarding, beachin’ it up, couples hot rock massages, a night in cuddling, day trips to local attractions, music (all kinds) venues, traveling and basically having a blast together!

Meet people from San Diego, United States. Okay, to start, here’s the generic (but true) stuff: I’m genuine, motivated, like to stay active physically and mentally and am up for meeting someone. But really that stuff doesn’t tell you too much about me that anyone else won’t say. So here are some random facts to help:
1. After living in LA for a number of years, I decided to travel abroad solo for 4 months and have just recently returned to Southern CA. It was a great and experience and while it is something I will do again in the future, I also realize that experiences like these are better shared with others special in one's life, which in part has brought me here.
2. Maintaining a good work/life balance is important to me. Specifically that means being dedicated to doing a good job with my work, but not letting it divert me from enjoying life or letting it encompass who I am as a person now or in the future.
3. I’ve yet to meet a chocolate chip cookie I didn’t like.
4. One of the coolest events I’ve ever been to was essentially an all day, town-wide tomato fight.
5. I have more bathing suits than you do.
6. I have great family and friends and I try to surround myself with positive people in general.
7. I prefer sandals to shoes any day of the week.
8. I can spread sarcasm on with a trowel. I like a girl who can take a joke and just as easily shoot one back at me.
9. I tend to think some things happen for a reason, but won’t passively sit by waiting for things to happen to me.
I’m very comfortable with who I am and while I don’t think there is one type of girl I’m looking for, ultimately I am looking for someone whose company I enjoy, who is genuine and not afraid to be themselves and have fun. The rest will sort itself out.

Enjoy having friends around but also like to have time to myself. I'm hoping to find an outgoing,sincere,good hearted woman that loves to laugh and could also be dumb and funny. I would describe myself as an easy going person, enjoys good conversation, and always up for fun. The biggest part that I mess up on is communication. When I get mad/upset I tend to stop speaking to the individual way to long only because I don't know what to say at first/or I don't want to hurt them.
But I have come to realise that not saying anything and waiting makes it even worse .
When instead of running away I should sit down in a civilized manner and talk about it.
If I am dating someone, I should be able to talk to that person about anything.
I'm not a big fan of yelling and screaming.
I figured if they won't talk I'll put it here. I'm not(perfect) but I actually tried this time To have a relationship.
I moved to the San Diego area from Connecticut a few months ago and started automotive in Rancho Cucamonga:). I have always wanted to work on/fix cars ever since I could remember. I am more then halfway done with school and can't wait to finish. I do have reservations to come visit family/smoosh room anytime I want in San Diego. I wouldn't mind ending up living in that area after school, but who knows:)
I have a list of things I want to do.
1. Go snorkling in La Jolla Cove(already have an underwater camera)
2. Indoor rock climbing.
3. Weekend/day trip to Vegas or Mexico.

Let's see, I feel that I am very laidback person. I go with the flow. I really enjoy lounging around the house most of the time.
I went to Lewis University in Chicago Il. I had the time of my life. Graduated over 5 years ago with a bachelors in Criminal Justice.
As if 4 years of school isn't enough i'm back in school for another year or two.
I like hanging out with my friends and value my family very much. I have a sister that is a year older that lives in La Jolla, and a half brother named Mikey that is four years old that lives in IL. It's great, I am showing him the ropes on how to pick on an older sister :)
I worked at Frito Lay for five years. I spent a year and a half working on third(it sucked). Then worked three and a half years on second.
It was a great job but it didn't give me any real world nor hands-on experience.
As for my last relationship it was intresting, we dated for almost a year. I found out that when you spend a week together with someone, you learn more then if you just spend a night together here or there.
It's all about compromise, you give a little you take a

I know what I want and it's hard to find it when I live in such a small country town.

Here I am at 31 having the time of my life. I have a great job, house and a wonderful dog. I'm a morning person who LOVES waking up early, getting the day started with a good breakfast and coffee and making the most out of my day. My coworkers HATE me on the early 6am shifts cause I'm always chipper and ready to go while they're still waking up and a bit groggy.
