I'm the 1st in my family to graduate from a four year university with a BSBA in Management. I won Most Spirited Rebel 2009 at UNLV. When I put my mind to something, I'm unstoppable. I'm of the mindset that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing well.
I'm a little mixed up right now as to what it is exactly I want to do the rest of my life (as most 20somethings are) but I'm not worried; I know I'll figure it out. I'm thankful for the opportunities that I've been given and try to live each day like its my last. I'm currently working in the construction industry. It's an adventure each day and sometimes very strenuous. However, it is very rewarding to know that I'm building things that will last in people's homes for a lifetime :)
I play saxophone, sousaphone, piano and have played in band from middle school through college. I had the most fun rocking out, cheering on the Rebels in Las Vegas and I got to do a lot of traveling with the band and basketball team for the NCAA Tournament. Thanks to UNLV bands, I got visit Chicago, San Diego, St. Louis, Oklahoma City, Albuquerque and Omaha, and also, got to play with some of Jazz's greatest musicians including Bobby Shew and Wayne Burgeron.
