I'm very into physical activity. I'll run, go to the gym, play sports, hike, dance, sing or whatever. I do so because I very much believe that having at least an hour of physical activity per day is a vital component for keeping our bodies in good shape and that it's the best thing for dealing with stress and tension. I do have a sometimes demanding job but I deal with it very well in large part for the fact that I'm pretty relaxed.
What I like in a woman: Simply put, I like smart, sassy women who sincerely believe they're good people. In a relationship, I value intimacy, honesty and trust above all else as I believe they are essential to the foundation of a long and healthy relationship.
