I love what I do for a living and can't imagine any other job being as rewarding as working in a creative environment. I'm a game designer for a local studio, working on a project that's great fun. Over the past ten years in the industry though, I've moved a little bit more away from spending spare time gaming, and prefer being out with friends, or doing other activities. Though to a certain extent our work defines who we are, I try to bring my experiences in, and let them define my work.
I took up cycling a year ago and really started to enjoy it. At first, I really just wanted to try commuting in to work, but as the miles and months rolled by, I got more into it. I do saturday rides with SDBC (say hi if you're a cyclist and see me!), and while I don't plan on racing, I've done a couple of centuries now and am looking forward to more of them.
My new companion is a husky puppy. In the picture, she was just 5 weeks old, but she's about 6 months old now. Most days after work, I stop by the dog park with her. She's super friendly, and pretty much loves anyone and everyone.
I'm also a fan of getting out to really beautiful places for landscape photography, though I haven't been out as much as I'd like in the past few months. It would be nice to meet someone who likes the outdoors, as that kind of experience is always better when shared.

Ideally, I'd find someone who's a cyclist (long rides are much more fun with a partner), loves good food, likes dogs, enjoys the outdoors and has fun traveling. But this isn't an ideal world, and most of the time we don't get what we want, or sometimes, it's about who finds us when we don't know who it is we're really looking for.
