Going out to eat occasionally is fine but it would be nice to have someone with whom to cook and hang out. More quiet kinds of activities appeal to me -- going for drives, visiting friends, spending time together, having a pleasant conversation -- even a good argument.
IРІР‚в„ўm a great lover of nature and all things beautiful. In fact, I bought my home because of the trees in the back yard. IРІР‚в„ўm fond of classical music, blues and old time rock and roll. Like bookstores, flea markets, nature and wine tasting. IРІР‚в„ўll try anything once (except animal organs).

I moved to Sacramento 5 years ago from Southern California where I spent 23 years. I relocated after a career working in the Building Industry. I was the Sales and Marketing Manager for a large development company, and then owned my own interior design company for 13 years. It was time for a change and I wanted to be close to my family. Our family is close and they are very important to me. And so...here I am.....for how long? who knows.
I would describe myself as one who loves to have fun, has a sense of adventure, is reliable, considerate, and has a keen sense of humor . I do enjoy the finer things in life but the day to day events are uncomplicated and happy. Last but not least, I am an "incurable romantic" and enjoy all that goes with that all encompassing phrase.
I am honest, thoughtful, considerate, and I am comfortable in my own skin. I enjoy exercise (the gym is on the agenda 3 to 4 times a week) plus I have taken up tennis again and enjoy golf (although my clubs were stolen this past spring). I am very healthy....no pills....only vitamins and healthy eating. Speaking of eating, I would enjoy cooking with someone who would share an occasional romp (in the "gastronomiqe" sense) in the kitchen.
I have lived in Japan, France, and Germany so the adventure and travel is in my blood. But... I don't have to be off to exotic far away places, I love new adventures to our local shores, mountains, wine tasting etc. every bit as much as a planned trip.
