I'm tired of being alone after 9 years. I miss the warmth,love,hugs, holding hands & all that goes with sharing my life with "the one". Lighthouses are one of my intrests. I love the mountains, beach, snow,( as long as I don't have to live in it), traveling, nascar,motorcycles, old cars, kayaking, camping, walking in the rain or not. I think age is a just another number, & a state of mind,so, don't look for me to be in a rocker anytime soon! Have too much living to do.
A boat??? Sure! I'm up for new things!
My family is my life. I enjoy teaching my grandson,(now 11) to cook & make gingerbread men, brownies, & most anything he wants to tackle! Lots of fun, & so eager to learn....
I raised my 2 sons alone for 12 years,then met my late husband. I am very proud of the men they have become. Have 4 grandchildren, youngest 3 mo's old....oldest will be 12 in Dec. We are a close knit,loving,respectful family. Must have done something right as the grandkids are being raised the way their dad was! :)
My dad lived to be 94.7 &; passed 2 yrs.ago, & I naturally plan to go beyond that, so be ready for the long haul!!!
I'm easy to get along with & believe there must be communication between us.
You must love lots of hugs, holding hands, & have a good sense humor. I can get "crazy"......
Would like to add, I am a very young 66, & look younger. I say, " any morning I wake up, is gonna be a great day!" Coffee is a start.........
