Date a woman from United States. I'm basically a stay-at-home person, but love to get out and about for dinner, lunch, a movie, trip to the zoo, andor the beach. Besides volunteering at the local library twice a week, I love to cook, read, do needlework and watch movies. I attempt to live a healthy liftestyle, and love cooking heathy foods.
I'm definately a liberal and life long Democrat. I've been accused by more than one person of being a bleeding-heart liberal. I've been an advocate for causes to help free children from abusive situations (I was a foster parent as a young married adult in the sixties), as well as an animal advocate; (For years I fostered orphan kittens every summer for the local Humane Society during the early 21st century ... until my husband's illness took over my life, and loved every minute of doing so!)
I'm not necessarily looking for romance, but would love to meet someone to go to dinner and, or a movie with, someone I can talk with who shares my concern and beliefs regarding helping those who cannot help themselves (ie. children and animals).
