I'm a Docent with a Nature program for 3'rd graders in school and in a wetlands park, a House Manager with a local live Theater, a hand's-on grandma, a Tutu. I was a yoga teacher for 27 years, and still have my own practice. I do Zumba 2-3 times/week and walk with friends 2-3 times a week. Nature and music and dancing and a healthy lifestyle and connection make me deeply happy.
