Spending time with that person and giving a chance than writing them off in an instance has caused you and I many opportunities that we missed I must confess.

Well, that's true, it does make me happy to know I have made a difference in someone's life. I am open and honest, trust people generally, unless there is a reason not to. I am financially secure and
emotionally secure also. Since I have been widowed, I am learning a whole new way of being as well as learning new skills (at least I hope they will be skills). I like to experience new things, am taking up yoga and I meditate usually daily. I would love to take a dance class, western or ballroom would be fun. I am finding time to do things I've wanted to do, like try and learn to use these clubs in my garage!

I still work full time but have a flexible schedule and work hard to maintain a good balance between my work and personal life. Family is important to me and I have a good relationship with my adult son and daughter and very proud of them and where they are at this stage of their lives; I raised them as a single parent. My parents are nearby and in assisted living and are very good role models as parents and married for 66 years! I admire the relationship they have and how they still look after each other.
