Who am I? I am employed, very capable, nice, and a little quirky and a single parent. I read. I get my news from NPR and the Daily Show. I have had a bit of a life shake up over the past few years and I am still getting used to the new normal. I am a private person.
I like cooking, gardening, riding bikes on the strand, and having a nice dinner. I love to entertain. If things work out, be prepared to do some kid outings like riding trains or going to the zoo.
I know how to do some sports: horseback riding, skiing, surfing, running, roller skating, golf, but I would not say I am athletic. Team sports? I like to watch games, but lack the killer instinct of a competitor. Horseback riding and yoga are my preferred activities. I look to improve my personal performance.
Physically - I have no tattoos and have no intention of getting any and have had no plastic surgery. As a single parent to a toddler, I have not had much spare time to get to the gym, but as I mentioned before, I am getting my bearings now (as well as a full night's sleep) and am able to get exercise back in my schedule.
I know how to meditate and do occasionally. I run the Superbowl 5k or 10k every year.
