Meet a girl from Newport Beach, United States. I'm always dreaming big in whatever I do. I've never been one to settle for less, and tend to find the positives in every situation...friends, colleagues and you, can always count on me for that.
With me, what you see is what you get, and then some. ;) I tend to wear my heart on my sleeve and feel that honesty is one of the most important values a person can have. I hope that others look beyond the blonde hair stereotype and realize that there's actually brains up there and that they enjoy my upbeat and sometimes sarcastic personality.
I studied agriculture science in college and have a deep respect for the people and families that produce our food supply. I've actually taken some pretty random college classes because of this!
I'm also really into cars and enjoy going to concourses and other car shows. Yes, I have a dream car(s), and no, I don't expect someone to buy it(them) for me! And that's actually how I see a lot of things. I've been raised to take care of myself and not rely on others to get where I want to go, or provide me with what I want to have.
I have always been a fairly driven and independent person and have no problem doing things on my own. However, someone that can stop me dead in my tracks and divert my attention is probably the type of guy I'll need. I devote a lot of time and energy to my career right now because I don't believe you can just sit around and wait for great things to find you. You have to go out there and make things happen!
I can hang with the guys and sometimes fix things on my own, but reaching for that glass on the top shelf? Forget about it. ;) Yes, I am fairly independent, but still want to be respected, cared for and treated like a woman should be. Buy me flowers and I'll melt!
I'm interested in someone that's driven and passionate about their career and life. I hope he would like being outside, taking adventures, trying new things, and also completely content sitting out on the patio with a glass of wine and enjoying good conversation while listening to the waves crash against the shore.
A couple random facts about me: I follow a Paleo diet 90% of the time and am addicted to CrossFit; I don't like to be in charge of the remote when watching TV; I actually look forward to watching football on Sundays; I don't understand the appeal of tandem bikes; I like to get dressed up, even if it's just for a dinner or drinks with a friend; vanilla fro yo any day, because all the non-paleo chocolate goodness that I'll pile on top will taste so much better!
