While I certainly place a high value on education and scholarly research, I don't think that this particularly makes someone more or less attractive. I don't really consider myself an "open book" which doesn't mean I'm not honest, it means that I consider some things in life to be particularly special and I only share intimate moments with special people who I trust, love and admire. I want someone that is goofy,smart,artistic, unconventional,driven, fun. I want someone that loves to live an adventurous offbeat life and can keep pace with me. I also don't need an insecure counterpart that is jealous, rude to waiters, feels best in a muscle shirt, and feels the need to constantly compete with me. Id like an encouraging partner that doesn't need me to be with him 110% of the time, let's me have my alone time, appreciates my artistic endeavors, laughs at my jokes, is sincere and looks great in tattos (although not required ;)
Essentially its nice to find a counterpart to myself. I believe in God and miracles. :-)
