I grew up overseas, but moved to LA when I was young. To some, I'm foreign, and to others I'm American.
I love life and love living life. I try to do one international and one domestic travel a year - one of my favorite hobbies. I truly enjoy learning about a world outside my own and I believe my friends are evidence of that - a good deal of cultural diversity :) I love to read to grow my imagination, and explore new worlds. Last minute plans are great! Sometimes I love the adrenaline rush when it comes to expecting the unexpected. I could spend hours in the museum. I'm a simple girl, it doesn't take much to please me and I like it that way.
I speak current affairs and politics fluently, and reference politicians on the regular. I have a dry sense of humor, and I'm guilty of being sarcastic. Respect for everyone and everything is my religion. And, there's nothing like a good banter.
I enjoy being active, healthy and staying fit. I ran the LA Marathon and is considering running it again. Family and friends are important to me. I have a pretty corporate job. I work hard and I love what I do. I'm ambitious.

Can't stand people who are fake or have big egos. I laugh at Friends like it's a brand new show. Think the cast of HIMYM is so amazing. You need to be okay with my goofy sense of humor because I can't get rid of it. I heart sarcasm. Why don't people ever list their true flaws on their profiles? I will say "Aww" to almost any small dog that walks by. Get bored at watching sports on tv but will lose my voice cheering at a live sporting event. Will spontaneously dance to anything even forget that I'm driving at that moment.

Date someone special from United States. I would describe myself as a workaholic and to sum it up I'm just looking to meet new people. There is nothing definite I'm looking for since I'm the more "go with the flow" type.
I would like to meet someone who is interested in trying out new restaurants, going to the movies, art museums and the beach. Of course there are other things I'm interested in trying but you can refer to my interest for a hint or two. Regardless of what I do the important thing is I just want to have fun. I'm looking to start off as friends and getting to know each other better. I especially love hitting up food trucks! I don't really watch T.V. but when I do I tend to lean more towards the Food Network or anything that' featuring food. I know, I know.. I should up the amount of times I exercise per week, but I'm barely making that and luckily I manage to stay slender somehow.

I consider myself to be goofy and a kid at heart, because of that I tend to connect more with people younger than me. I don't mind older men as long as you know how to HAVE FUN! For me 30's is the new 20's and this is where the fun begins. O.K., that and I'm a later bloomer. Let's just say my parents are really religious, and me? Well, I'm just not.

I may not be a skinny Minnie or gorgeous supermodel, (nor would I like to be), but I am definitely a great catch. I never pretend to be someone I'm not. I'm a down to earth, outgoing, energetic and sweet person. Or so I've been told. :D. I enjoy traveling and exploring new places. I LOVE sports and like to attend sporting events as often as I can. I'm pretty straight-forward and say what's on my mind most of the time. I have an obsession with shoes, but then again, what girl doesn't. I'm not high maintenance but I like nice things. I teach high school and I deal with enough BS on a daily basis, so I'm not into any games. I can be pretty sarcastic.
