So here goes...
My friends and coworkers would say that I am a person who takes the time to get know who they are, understands where they have been and why, and accepts them as they are. Then I go that one step further; and, not only allow, but encourage them to grow. I am looking for a man who is willing to do this for me as i will for him.
My family and friends would say that I am patient and very loyal. They would also say that I am generous with my time, giving all that I can. In other words, I treat people as I would like to be treated. By the way, that does not mean keeping, or wanting to be be kept, locked in step at all times. Even people in a committed relationship have individual interests and should be given time for them. It would be great if I could find a guy who will agree with these ideas.
And then there is a song in the movie, ' Mary Poppins', called, "I Love To Laugh" that I think that would say a lot about me and what I am looking for in a man. Not necessarily a comedian, but someone who can help me see and enjoy the lighter side of life. My job is sometimes stressful and I need to vent when I get home so I am looking for someone who is willing to listen and not judge. I would certainly be willing to do the same for him. Then we can have a real laugh about it all and get on with life.
