I like shopping at thrift stores and finding that special item that I have been looking for. These days, I tend to be a home-body, but I do like to explore new places - take day or weekend trips to the coast or mountains - and love to get outdoors. The eastern Sierras is a favorite destination. I like visiting museums and art galleries. My spiritual journey is very central to my life. I've worked hard at nurturing and maintaining good relationships with my 22 and 26 year-old sons and feel blessed to remain a part of their lives as they continue negotiating the journey into manhood.
