. Ok here it goes, I am a little nervous by the way. I am a hard working professional looking to meet new people. I am very confident in work but shy in new social aspects, and I find it very hard to take a compliment. I see most of the world in black and white, right or wrong and that comes from my military upbringing. I am one of four daughters so I am used to a big family. We were raised on old school basic family values and I have a strong moral code. I am a General Manager for a corporate restuarant and that makes me on call all day everyday. I am pretty simple when it comes to free time, I like reading, movies, working in the yard, bowling, putt putt; but I am looking to branch out to new things. I have two puppies that are the light of my life and I love spending time with them and can't wait to come home to them. My friends would say my humor is sarcastic but can be kooky at times. My favorite movies range from Star Wars(all time favorite), Indiana Jones, Pearl Harbor, 101 Dalamtions, Robin Hood Prince of Thieves, and Breakfast at Tiffany's. I like to host cook outs and parties and I love to give presents. I would love to travel the world someday,especially the really historic parts like London and Versailles. History was my favorite subject in school. I never went to college but follow politics and the economy.
I would like to say I am comfortable being a go getter in relationships but I am not, I am traditonal in wanting the guy to call first, for the first little bit.

. I am hard working, dedicated woman who loves to spend time with my family. I am the type of person that likes the feeling of having good friends and family that I know I can count on. I also pride myself in being a good friend. I like people for what they are and tend to always look for the good in everyone. For fun:
I love adventure....but for me grocery shopping can be an adventure. :) I am the type of girl that likes almost anything. I enjoy bike riding, hiking, kayaking, camping, running, rafting, movies, sewing, shopping, plays, museums, painting, crafts, yard work, almost anything but cleaning floors. :) I mentioned that because for some reason I don't mind cleaning anything but the floors. :)
I am a diverse kind of girl. One day I am in regular street clothes sitting in the floor playing with kids at work, later that night I am dressed up in a formal cocktail dress for an evening event and then next morning, I am falling in a mud puddle while hiking and slipping on a wet rock, then finish the hike covered in mud, later in the day I am in a suit teaching a criminology class on campus, later that night I am at a concert for a local band, and then I end the day in comfy PJs watching a movie, just to get up the next morning to go fishing with my dad and do yard work. (true story from a couple months ago) What can I say.... I like to stay busy and I am a bit clumsy.
I am new to Huntsville as I moved here a few months ago for work. I am in the criminal justice field specializing in child abuse. I occasionally have to work late but all I can say about that is "there is nothing going on in my life that is more important and traumatic than what this child just endured". Therefore, if abuse is just reported and I have to work late, I am not going to complain. And I am looking for someone who respects/understands that work occasionally will take away my free time. Someone doesn't join this field because of the 9-5 hours, you join this field to help the kiddos. That is what I love about it! But don't worry, I also like to have fun and not think about work.

Christian, honest, loving, caring, compassionate, respectful, puts others first, romantic, can make me laugh, gives me "that feeling" in my chest (you know what I am talking about, when you have that spark), accepts me for me and all my quirks, can be himself around me, doesn't change for anyone, loves family, wants his own family, enjoys outdoors, and just has fun! Wow...that is a lot on my list. :)

. I enjoy time with family and friends most especially my 2 boys ages 9 and 6. We enjoy camping, 4 wheeling, travel and adventure. Time for just 2 is a must. Anything you want to know please ask. I tend to be too honest at times. I am not big talker so if you want someone that talks about everything: I'm not her. I like to discuss the important issues other than that I would rather be in the action not talking about it. Just thought I should add that I have a strong will and quite determined. It takes a good strong man to stand with me.

A perfect job for me because I get to help others, teach, learn new things daily, and problem solve! Being Daddy's only girl, I think he is proud to see me use my soldering skills he taught me when I was in pigtails. (He still solders and helps with projects when ever I need him to!)
I am looking for Mr. Right-not Mr. Perfect. He must be a Christian and hard worker (providing for our family and making the relationship work even when challenges arise).
