. My friends would describe me as funny with a quick wit and loyal. I am a little bit country and a little bit rock-n-roll, but I was a teenager in the 80's so I have fond memories of "the hair bands". My motto is: life is too short not to have fun. I am almost always upbeat. Knowing that I am helping people is one of my biggest rewards in my work. I am looking for someone who also likes to have fun, but doesn't go overboard. Who is honest and trustworthy. My family and friends are very important to me so they need to be important with my ideal mate. One random fact about me is that when I am sending an email, I rarely capitalize words. I love to travel and see new places. When I go somewhere, I am either on vacation or taking a trip. To me they are very different. If I am on vacation, I am relaxing and not doing much, but if I am on a trip, I am doing and seeing as much I possibly can.

. I moved to Birmingham three years ago after living in Atlanta for 15 years. I do miss some aspects of living in Atlanta, but I have close family here in Birmingham, so it is nice to be near them.
I am a very adventurous girl who loves working hard and having fun. Family is very important to me. I try to take a couple of vacations a year, the lake and the beach and sometimes snow skiing. I use to go camping a lot as a kid and would love to do that now that I am older. Enjoy running with my new running group. Training for a half marathon, working out, Pilates Reformer and outdoor cycling.
I enjoy watching college football in the Fall. I enjoy most sports. I enjoy hanging out with my niece (14) and two nephews (16) (6). It's amazing what you can learn from children (pretty cool).
