My picture was taken Jan. 28, 2011 at Monarch. I got in 33 days of skiing last winter. This was my 6th season of skiing and I can now say I can pretty much ski down anything. For summer it is mountain biking and hiking. Would like to have a partner to have fun on a ride around Rampart reservoir and has a cell phone to call for assistance when I do an 'endo' or if you have a kayak, so do I. We could paddle around together.
I am one of those outdoor nuts. You know: canyons are cathedrals to me. Arrived in Colorado in 2004: started skiing winter 2005. Got a good full suspension mountain bike 2 seasons ago. I work for myself. This allows me flexibility to do a lot of hiking, mnt.-biking, snowshoeing and skiing, etc. Cold or Hot weather never deters me. But I also like courtship as well as all the exercise. I'm no superman. I don't do marathons or bike a century.
I'm not a one trick pony. I'm intensely interested in art, science and the human condition. I believe history (recent and ancient) helps us understand who we are. And history is not just why a war was fought but what were the great art, movies, books, discoveries, music, philosophies of the day and the stories of the people behind them.
I really am presently 100% single. I have never over-lapped romantic relationships. I do not have any dependents. All my relatives live far away. So, I have time to get to know you and play outside.
I graduated with honors from college, honorable discharge from the Navy Submarine service. Have house, car, gainful employment and all my teeth. I have traveled the entire globe for business and fun for many years. Always up for dancing, museums, theater, live music, live sports, love local baseball and hockey.
