Date men and women from United States / Colorado / Colorado Springs, 43 year old

Date people from Colorado Springs, United States. I am just an average guy trying to get along in this world. Trying to better myself and treat people right every day. Not always successful at both, but I think I hit the mark on one or the other every day! I'm just missing one key ingredient. Everybody needs somebody, right?
I've been working a lot, and I enjoy my work for what it is, but after work I definitely put it out of my mind. Work to live, not live to work is my motto. Life is too short and spend pushing the hamster wheel around and around! That said, I'm secure in my career and it's been very rewarding to me.
I'd like to eventually return to Europe, take some fun cruises, and spend more time in places like Las Vegas! I love to read, love movies (all kinds), love to do interactive things, and I just need someone to spend my time with who enjoys similar things. I'm also a football fan (sorry not a fan of the Broncos!), but I won't care if you are a Bronco fan. :)
I am in the early stages of getting my exercise regimen back in order after many years. I have a quite a distance to travel and it seems to be all uphill, but it is going to be worth it in the end. I'm actually considering trying to prepare myself for an attempt at a marathon in the fall of 2013.
In short: Seeking a happy companion for hanging out, doing fun things, and life and see what happens! Life is too short not to be with someone you love!

Meet men and women from Colorado Springs, United States. I'm a mellow type guy with mostly outdoor hobbies. GOLF!! Fly Fishing, big game hunting and yard type work (landscaping and irrigation) are mostly my thing. My son and I also love to get out and use his metal detector....we have found the coolest stuff in them there woods. I may decide to enjoy a couple cold ones after work and relax. I have recently found that I have become very very silly around my work place to the point that my co-workers think I need professional help.....actually, I'm just having a blast and it comes out as pure goofiness. Although..... I have to be careful with the silliness and practical jokes.....an open container of dried krill (very smelly krill) in a hot, closed up, small office over the weekend about got me beat up and fired on one certain Monday morning. Seriously, I do firmly believe that family and friends are the most important part of anyones life. I am blessed with a great family and friends that I love dearly. They are all tons of fun and have really cool jobs and hobbies. I feel that the love for God comes from within oneself without having to be associated to a particular religion. Not to dwell on the religion gig, but I feel that the "Golden Rule" covers it all when it comes to others. I would love to meet a nice, smart and pretty girl who likes to have fun and enjoy life as its a gift and is short! SO LETS have some fun!!! Meeting that special girl would be great !! At this point in my life.....I guess I would have to say that I would love to be lucky enough to meet someone interesting, fun, attractive and who enjoys and appreciates life.

Date someone special from Colorado Springs, United States. Ok, This is my first time doing this, so here it goes. I am a lot of fun and really would like to meet someone really nice. From there, we can explore and grow as we desire. My profile is what it is; 6'3" and slender with hazel eyes.

Meet a man from Colorado Springs, United States. I'm a easy going fun guy looking for a no nonsense lady to enjoy good times with. I not looking forever, I'd really like to just find right now and lest the rest figure itself out. Would love to hear from every and anybody as I believe we can never have enough friends. I do love to travel and often and spontaneously just pack a bag and hit the road or the skys to venture away. Life is way to short not to enjoy everything that is out there. I am very comfortable with who I am and so should you be.

Date single man from Colorado Springs, United States. First things first, I was honest and brave enough to post my pictures, so if you don't have your pictures posted, or expect me to ask for your picture, you are barking up the wrong tree. If you are not close to Tucson or don't show yourself, I probably won't respond. I am not into games and trying to guess about what you are thinking. If I was I would still be married. So be honest, show your true colors and we may have something to talk about. :)
I have a great sense of humor and love to tell jokes and laugh. I am Irish on my Mother's side, so I can talk all day long. But like everyone else I like quiet time as well. I am hardworking, dependable and I take ethics and integrity very seriously.
Well lets get the particulars out of the way....I am divorced, I have three step-children, that I raised as family. I love dogs (mainly Golden Retrievers), but I do not have one at the moment. I just moved to Tucson when I got back from working in Kuwait. I love outdoor activities, fishing, shooting, 4 wheeling, hiking, star-gazing, and most sports. I have an easy going personality. But I DO NOT do drama. I love travelling. I have been to to 8 different countries on 3 different continents. I hope to see some more. My career is in Law Enforcement so I am obviously not into illegal activities. I am from Colorado originally, so Tucson is a nice area to me since I can run up Mt. Lemmon if I need a MTN fix. I would like to find a nice gal with similar interests to hang out with. I do read and I have been known to frequent coffee shops. But I am easily at home behind a pool cue at a bar, as long as they serve Guinness. But I do not make a habit of going to bars or pubs, unless I am in Ireland.
I try to take care of myself physically and I appreciate a lady that does also. I like a gal that can hang with the boys, but still act ladylike and impress my Mother with intelligence and grace. I do have firm religious and political opinions, but I am not a fanatic in either category and I keep them to myself. If you are interested in a lunch, a drive in the desert in my jeep, or any simple non-pressure type of meeting, send me a message.
Happy Hunting to all of you ladies out there.

I a simple man that has a big heart to share and a very committed to my loved one's.

Date people from Colorado, United States. WHO ME???
Truly young at heart! Formerly a shy, straight A, introvert who grew up to realize life truly begins at the end of your comfort zone, is too short, and way too valuable to live disingenuously. In the past I've been labeled as an introvert and I guess it's true that I am but don't let that stop you from sending me a message or two.
My life pretty much centers around my two kids and work, but I'm looking to break that habit and be more outgoing. Towards that end I've joined a gym and have started working out, at least three times per week and really enjoy it. Probably what i enjoy most is seeing all the ladies in makeup and having their hair styled. C'mon you're there to work out; sweat will definitely ruin your makeup.
I'm pretty much a jeans and t-shirt guy but am willing to get dressed up for a night on the town (or a night on the couch). I like to laugh and play but can sometimes appear as if I'm too serious, don't worry, it usually passes.
I'm a huge tennis fan and would really love to take a two week trip to England and attend the Wimbledon tournament. Wimbledon is one item on my "bucket list" and the one that I'm closest to achieving, the other items on the list include: learning how to dance (yes, really), meeting Stephen King and visiting Africa.

Meet men and women from Colorado, United States. How would friends describe me? Well, I've been told I'm the "Nice Guy", often puting others wants and needs before my own. I guess I need to start puting myself first, emotionally and psycologically. This is a start. A friend of mine recently told me I was "Strong Willed", is that a good or bad thing? I consider myself to be a funny, witty, sarcastic, intelligent, sensitive guy. I'm a dreamer. I cry when I watch "Rudy", and not because he went to Notre Dame. Stupid drivers piss me off, and I dislike pretentious people. I tend to trust people to a fault, trying to believe in the best of them. Was raised to be a gentlemen, and that's how I act, almost all of the time. My head is filled with more trivial knowledge then I could ever hope to use, sometimes I wish I had more real knowledge up there, but not often. Have suffered from Peter Pan Syndrome (PPS) on multiple occassions. Comfortable in a variety of social settings, and depending on what the situation calls for, I can normally deliver. Is this where I'm supposed to tell you I'm an active person who works hard and plays harder, loves life, long walks on the beach, and the smell after it rains? Now that would be dishonest now, wouldn't it? I really do enjoy the comfort and feeling of being in a relationship. I'm me, for better or for worse.
What makes me smile and laugh? My nephews, or any small children, laughing. You know that uncontrollable laughter, where they don't care what they look or sound like? I enjoy that, need to start doing it more often myself.
When I'm not at work or home, I'm at the hockey rink, or going to or from the rink. I coach (15-18 year olds) 2 teams, and I play on a couple of teams. Best. Sport. Ever. I enjoy a multitude of different sports, except Pro basketball. I like college ball, but not the NBA. The teams I root for are the Avalanche, the Penguins, The New York Yankees and the Jets, and USC (Southern Cal). Not an alumn, but dad, grandfather, and great grandfather went there, so that's how I was brought up. I ended up joining the Navy instead.
What am I looking for? Not quite sure why I'm doing this, so I don't know. I guess to just see who's out there. So to start, just looking for someone to talk to, and then hang out with. If a relationship developes from that, it would be OK with me, but not a requirement. She should have at least a casual interest in sports, and if she likes hockey that's a BIG plus. I know it sounds shallow, but I want to be honest. I need to be physically attracted to her, but I like a lot of different combinations of things so I can't be specific as far as looks go. She should have a good sense of humor to laugh with or at me. She should be intelligent, self supporting, and fun to be around.
My social life lately, when not doing hockey, has consisted of hanging at home with my cat Lappy (named after Ian Lapperiere) and watching television and movies. That's not too sad, is it? Actually it sounds pretty bad to me. Oh well. I'm done with the bar scene to try and find someone, or drinking to get drunk to try and forget the real world, so on Friday and Saturday nights you probably won't find me hanging out on Tejon. I'm not against having a beer with a friend or friends, just don't need to get abliterated to have fun or feel good about myself. I used to participate (and actually used to host) karaoke, so that might be fun to try again.
I like penguins (flightless birds from Antarctica and some other locales). Don't know when it started, I just think they're cool.
Well, that's about it. If you have any questions about anything, just contact me. Take care of yourself, be safe, and have fun.

Date someone special from Colorado, United States. Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country to watch how the brown fox can jump fence that is made from ceder trees from Vermont in the great country you live in at this present time.

Meet a man from Colorado, United States. I'm a divorced dad who loves my child above all else in my life right now. I'm a very hard-working, honest, athletic guy searching for that special someone who enjoys working hard and is open to sharing her life with me. I enjoy almost all sports and definitely need someone who enjoys working out, working outside and truly wants to be an equal partner. I need a person who is independent but not so much that my chivalrous and romantic ways have no place with her. At this point in my life, I cannot stand any drama and definitely won't put up with someone incapable of being honest. When the time is right, I need someone who can ultimately accept my daughter and treat her with dignity and respect.
