Thanks for reading this and I hope the first part at least attracted your attention. I am a 40 something, divorced father of three amazing kids. Two of the three are off in college much of the time and I have the youngest 50%. So, if kids are not your thing then thanks but please keep looking. I am probably your typical guy, as I enjoy doing things outdoors as much as is possible. You would find me to be active and not the kind to sit and mold to the form of a couch. I make a good effort of staying in shape and do my best to eat healthy. I love to cook. Things I enjoy.. sports (obviously – Go Avs, Rockies and Bronco’s), golf, anything to do with water, skiing, hiking and camping, gardening and projects around the house. I work full time (yes self-sufficient and pay my bills on time) play racquetball twice weekly, work out 3 or 4 times per week, and am pursuing my Doctorate. So I am not looking for anyone to support me. As for values - I am fairly middle of the road, believe that integrity is important and treating people well in my life a must. I am open, honest, goal driven, stable, and secure in all areas of life. I respect people even when their viewpoint does not coincide with my own.
You - - has goals and ambitions in life, hold to your beliefs, like to be active, eat healthy and stay in relatively good shape, has a good heart and outlook in life, keeps a sense of humor about life, knows how to manage finances, is self-sufficient, wants to experience the finer things in life and doesn’t settle for second best. Kids are OK and even a plus in some instances. You are not high maintenance, self-absorbed, controlling or a man basher.

Since attraction is important (not the most important thing) I am attracted to women 5’ 5” to 5’ 9” with an athletic to slender build. Being a blue eyed blonde-haired woman is a plus but not necessary. I’ve been accused of looking for perfection and the simple answer to that is I am not.. I expect reality and desire natural over made up and surgically altered.

I did't realize how tough writing an essay about yourself would be. So here we go. I know I can be shy at first, but once I get over that. I pretty outgoing.
