To write more objectively about myself I asked people who know me well, they say I am a fun and positive guy with a great sense of humor, educated, well traveled, easy going but aware, a true friend who loves to laugh and has an easy way with people. Recently I was reminded to add considerate and well mannered.
I am into classic cars and wines which I love to share with friends who appreciate them. I love to spend time with my kid, family and my great friends. I have a wonderful loving family, an awesome and almost grown son and we are all very close. I am definitely open to having more children, if it is not to be I am also at peace with only one.
I am a happy, genuine and easy going guy, true and loyal, looking to find his best friend and partner.
I am a passionate diver and I really care about the environment on land and at sea. I make every effort not to waste and I am respectful to nature and all animals. I love to plan trips, pack and have fun, I know how to travel well. I "get" technical stuff, reading instructions manuals, putting things together. I love being on the ocean and under water and I still have a child like fascination with learning and experiencing new things. Obviously we have to start by emailing but I am not one who is going to entertain a long back and forth exchange. My true self and personality really come out in person and even on the phone so ideally I prefer to exchange a few emails to break the ice then move on to a live phone conversation or two, or three, then a meeting.

I'm wiser and smarter now.To say I'm passionate and creative also sounds like a cliche in an online profile. But I said it. Oh well.

I'm an old soul with energy and passion for life, love and the world. I'm very loving, affectionate, passionate and am happy to give and receive public affection. Friends say I'm smart, funny, fearless and wise. I say that I'm energetic, fun, compassionate, engaged, physical, thoughtful and intellectual without taking myself too seriously. I am very active.
