I am an "old fashioned girl". I love to be the homemaker that takes care of the "King and the Kastle". I am not a doormat, treat me like a Thoroughbred and I won't become a Nag. I love to be treated like the lady that I am. I am a bit of a paradox...I am very mechanical. I have extensive experience fixing things when they are broken and/or putting items together when they come in a box, a bazillion pieces, with some rather dubious directions for constructing the item. But there is another side of me that is helpless and Girly. That is when I will need some mussel from my Knight in shining honor.
There are so many things I enjoy. I love adventure of traveling to places I have never been before. And, I don't mind if it is off the beaten trail. I am in excellent physical condition and not squimish about hiking thru areas hard to get to. I find snorkeling one of my favorite activities. Also dancing,horseback riding, cycling, sight seeing,and quieter things like a movie, sewing, reading a good book or taking a nap.
I love dressing up and meeting with friends to play cards, go dining or simply sharing an evening of conversation.
I crave an atmosphere of kindness. I will find great enjoyment doing whatever the day may bring as long as it is done with kindness.

I am emotionally and fincncially independent. I am a gentle and generous spirit and have a great love of life. I was married for 47 years to a wonderful man and we were very happy. However, he died of cancer 18 months ago. So, now I am starting a new chapter in my life and rediscovering myself.
