I lead a busy life but firmly believe in balance. I take time every day to focus on myself by working out - it clears my head and helps me to recharge. So whether it's a run, lifting weights at the gym, a fitness class or yoga... I make the time.
I have 3 amazing kids who are a huge part of my life. They are with me most of the time and bring me joy, chaos, laughter and frustration on a daily basis.
I'm pretty much up for anything -- energy of a crowd can be just as fun for me as a sitting alone on a beach and just being. I tend to be curious by nature so will usually jump into anything new just for the experience. I'll ask a lot of questions because I'm a perfectionist and not afraid to fall on my face. Got to learn somehow, right? I have to admit that I'm fairly independent and not one to wait around for things to happen. I usually end up making things happen. Can't help it.

Similar interests are ok, chemistry is necessary but substance is what matters most to me. Meet someone special from California, United States. So being on match kinda makes me feel like it is my first day of junior high again only this time my hair isn't quite as big. Fabulously for me, with age has come the ability to just feel awkward and laugh at myself so here I am. - I believe in relationships that are positive and treat men as equals - I won't nag you nor stalk you on your cell phone (or in my car). I assume your mama raised you right. You can rest assured mine raised me well too.

- I like to explore the new places I've moved to and have little adventures. Sometimes I plan my escapades other times it entails loading the dog in the car and going. - I've only ever owned stick shifts. Automatics take the fun out of driving (exception: when I'm on a hill in Pittsburgh or San Francisco...)
- I like to dabble - continuing education (that doesn't have to go toward a degree nor require long-term attention) is my friend. I've taken golf, pottery, writing, yoga, etc.
- I am/have been career motivated. I am at a point where I'm satisfied for the moment and I am more focused on balancing my life. Hopeful for a guy who makes time for me too.
My favorite qualities in a guy are:
