I was raised in a family who handles life with laughter, so if you can handle witty banter, self-deprecating sarcasm, and outright silliness, we'd at least be good mates. I also grew up in a musical family and I believe that without music I might possibly spontaneously combust! It's usual to find me dancing round the house, singing along (I use the term "singing" loosely!) and I love to hit the tiles on a night out. I love animals and I turn to mush in the presence of such loyal souls. I love the sunshine, good conversation, days off, my mum, and I'm addicted to lip balm... I can get dressed up for a night out, but I'm most happy in shorts/jeans in the back yard or a dive bar.
I'm most often described as: down-to-earth, funny, sweet, friendly, intelligent, sassy, and "late for your own funeral". Oh, did I mention honest?! ; ) I'm a bit of a free spirit and have traveled a bit - I love trying new things, but I'm responsible and I take care of myself. The kid in me is up for anything fun and I very rarely order a salad when eating out! I treat people with respect, kindness, and sincerity. I'm loving and giving, but I'm fair and straight up too. I root for the underdog, I'm disappointed by selfishness and arrogance, and I miss common sense!

I can get along with anyone so I'm always up for making new friends, especially genuinely good souls, and I don't care how much money you make! I work a lot but when I'm off I enjoy being outdoors, being on or in the water, going for a run, playing Wii or cards, and love a good beer - or sometimes I just want to chill on the couch and watch something funny, Masterpiece Theater, the History and Nat Geo channels.
