My name is Karla, Im 19, I grew up in California but am Made in Brazil. Just came back from there actually so Im afraid I will have a bit of an accent for some time (since I got used to speaking portuguese all the time).
My friends say that Im silly and sometimes serious, mean in a funny way (i just cant resist taking the mickey out of some people so shhh!) but Im the most loyal friend you can have since I value friendship more than anything else. Im also honest and a bit blunt so if you do not like that then you wont like me.
I love hanging out with my friends and going out to new places, I usually get along really well with people of all ages since I am a serious person but I enjoy being silly. I LOVE reading (got a record for reading 500 books in the 3 years I spent in high school) but am now taking a bit of a break from it to enjoy other things in life (because yes, its nice to read a book a day but there are other things in life outside of reading). Im a hard worker, stubborn as heck and passionate about all the things I care about. One of those things is my studies because Ive decided that (dang it) I WILL be somebody and nothing and nobody is going to stand in my way. Nothing will stop me from getting my education, building my career and making my mama proud. That being said, Im also (surprisingly) a bit shy around new people though I get over my shyness pretty quickly (and once I do, prepare yourself because I talk, A LOT).
Im not looking for a prince charming, my soul mate or anything like that, Im looking for somebody who will be my friend and later my partner, someone who will like me for who I am and who I will be able to share the good (and bad) times with.
