Date a soulmate from California, United States. Not your typical woman. I love learning new things, maybe not all things as I seem to have an aversion to electronic things. I'm hopeless at understanding how to hook up internet, cable etc. I get it done, but more through trial and error and persistence than understanding. Maybe I should paraphrase things - I like doing novel things, having new adventures. I don't mean that I'm going to climb the Matterhorn or bungee jump, but if you want to drive to Rosarita for the day and eat shrimp as big as your fist or drive out to the desert and dig for fossils I'm ready. I love museums and would like to see all the museums of the world. High on my list of fun things to do are live sporting events especially baseball and basketball. Go Padres, go Cubbies, go Lakers! And of course live music and the theatre. I do love the ballet but would never pressure you to go with me.
As for you - well, I've been on this site a little too long for my liking. I find it a somewhat unnatural process but it gets the job done in some ways. Please don't contact me if you just want to date. I don't mind dating, but we will be at cross-purposes because I'm definitely looking for a relationship that lasts more than a few months. If you are still angry at your ex and carrying all that baggage please carry it somewhere else. I'm a pretty upbeat easy-going person and would like to find someone that really wants to enjoy the last half of our lives and not spend any more time regretting the things we did or did not do for the first half. Life is way too short for that in my opinion. Regardless, if I never meet you, good luck and I hope you find whatever makes you happy, and if I do meet you, well, I'm looking forward to it.
