I am very in tune with my life. After a break up, I don't date right away, I literally take the time to better myself emotionally, physically and mentally (I'm talking about 6 months of no dating). I spend that time focusing on my career, traveling, being active, trying things I have never done before. It's fun.
Also, I sit behind a desk for over 8 hours a day so it is imperative for me to get moving whenever I have a chance. I'd rather take the stairs than an elevator :).
