I moved to SF in late January, 2010. I was offered a job so I decided to take it, and moved across the country from Buffalo, NY. I am an Engineering Director for a video gamie company, and I love it. I have already made a ton of friends out here, and it already feels like home.
I absolutely love to have fun and laugh, and make others laugh. My motto is "Funny Trumps Everything".
I love walking through the tenderloin at night and being harassed and bothered to no end, like the crazy lady the other day that yelled in my face "I DO NOT F--KING LIKE YOU!". Hey, I guess not everyone can be a fan. :)
I like girls that have a good sense of humor, are laid back and open minded. Ina a word, cool. But not frigid. Cool is good, frigid is bad. Now you know.
Being active and energenic is good. I'm not a homebody and like to be out and part of the action, whatever it may be. I actually like crowds. Every year my mom, sister and I go shopping the day after Thanksgiving at like 5 in the morning, just because i like to be part of whatever big thing is happening. :)

Date a man from California, United States. I've lived in the Bay Area for over nine years now and absolutely love it here! I always enjoy meeting new people and finding new and exciting things to do here. Of course, finding new and exciting things to do in the Bay Area is very easy indeed because there's definitely something for everyone here.
People would probably say that I'm a very motivated and determined person who sets goals for himself and strives to achieve them, but at the same time loves to have fun and try new and fun things. I love running, cycling, hiking, working out, going to a cafe to do some reading, going to a sports game, watching movies, and going out to a pub or restaurant on a Friday or Saturday night. I especially enjoy attending live music shows, museums, art shows, theatrical performances, and even just going to a random art gallery and viewing all the magnificent works of art there. I've really started to appreciate the arts more and more as I discover so many interesting places here.

I'm passionate, intelligent, considerate, honest, I like to think I have a good sense of humor, I love laughing and being silly/goofy, but I know to get serious when it's called for. I do what I say and say what I'm going to do. What are words with no action to back them up?(empty promises)Just looking to see what's out here at the moment. I love a woman with long hair, sense of humor, confidence and curves, although lacking these traits is not a deal breaker. Now for some of my "less desirable" traits: I'm over analytical, overly critical of myself (which I'm getting better at), goal oriented (I suppose this is a positive trait depends on how you look at it), I expect the most from myself and seek improve my life and others around me( Sometimes people are happy where they are though and don't seek improvement which can cause some friction).
Other characteristics that I look for in a partner. Easy going, doesn't take everything so serious all the time, a little dorky/nerdy, passionate, giving, sexy. I find beauty in women of all shapes and sizes. Personality is very important to me and I want to be attracted to my partners inner beauty as much as the outer. Trying no to get too philosophical here. :-)
I settled on too many things in my first, and only marriage thus far, and have learned a great deal from it. I think it has made me a better person overall though. I have been separated since September so I am looking to take things slow for now and not jump into anything in a hurry, but I kinda go with the flow at the same time so if I find someone I really hit it off with then that's ok too. :-)

I'm a self employed entrepreneur focusing on Jewelry, antiques, and part time real estate investment. I absolutely love what I do! I guess I consider myself a modern day treasure hunter. I never know what type of fascinating items will be in store for me from one day to the next. I'm usually in the Jewelry District of LA twice a week, and frequent estate sales, auctions, and antique swapmeets on the weekends. I think its important to be able to look back at the end of each work day and say, "I had fun".

As for LA--I don't fit the city too well because the people who come here seem to value Hollywood. I hate television and find movies generally a waste of time; that said I respect and admire people who have talent and work hard. Hollywood selects content and chooses the talent that it wants to highlight and there is where it fails.
