My biggest hobby is trying exotic and interesting foods whether it's from a fancy-schmancy restaurant or whether it's from a hole in the wall in a strip mall. I like to play food critic for places that put the effort sometimes, but for myself, I'm not a food snob. Or a beer snob. Or a wine snob. Good food, wine, beer seems to often be more about the good people that provide it to you or share it with you. I would love to meet a woman who is willing to try anything at least once and is open to trynig what's new even when the health inspector may have raised some issues...
Another group of interests are all about culture whether it's pop culture or high culture. I love going to live music shows, museums, art galleries, theatre, movies. Art in all its forms helps us understand our feelings and sometimes evolves them into important values that make us who we are. It's very important to me to be with someone who shares that and is affected by art & culture in that way too.
Lately, I have also gotten back into being outdoors and being more active. The bicycle has been resurrected from the garage, the golf clubs are in the trunk, and hiking shoes are back out of the closet. Hopefully it will be a great summer with some good adventures ahead.
