I was born in New Orleans and spent the first part of my life chasing alligators and other critters around the lake. Moved to LA when I was a youngster, college in Indiana to study aerospace engineering, down to the Southwest for a few years, then back to LA, and now live in Manhattan beach.
I'm generally surrounded by health... healthy friends, work, home, food, family... I ran the LA marathon last year and am currently in training for the Coeur D'alane Ironman in 2013, which is taking up a good bit of my time and energy.
