Date single man from California, United States. It's kind of interesting how I turned out. Through my teenage years I was the out-of-control class clown type. But as I've grown up I've become the quiet type but still love to laugh and especially make others laugh. I've lived in the central coast for a few years and absolutely love it out here. Grew up in Ohio but I was always drawn to California I think and I couldn't be happier living out here. I'm so glad the Central Coast is still somewhat of a secret, yet close enough to LA/Bay Area if you want some city action!
What brought me out here was geology, I spent nearly four years working on oil rigs throughout California. I absolutely loved it but I recently got a much better job but I have to travel further from home. Currently I'm working in Texas which sounds crazy but I love the work and being able to come home and be completely free. It's not the norm but I never wanted a job in an office anyways (before geology I wanted to be a marine biologist and study sharks), I'm very lucky to have a fun job that pays well.
Typically I get up early and hopefully get to surf. I'm not a ripper yet but trying to get better every day. But that will normally put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. I played golf a lot as a kid and have started playing again so I like to do that as well later in the day. Frisby golf is cool too and a lot of fun with friends. Hikes and kayaking are really fun too. I just like to be out in nature I think and try new things. In the evenings I like to have a few beers and watch a movie or documentary. I love going out to see music too but don't tend to a lot.
Really I'm on her to find a companion more than anything. The joys of life are far better when shared and that's what I want. Someone with an open mind too who enjoys learning about new things. Other than that I'm not too specific, we're all different and I like to judge people on their own merits. I'll warn you I sometimes get stuck at work longer than I want but I'm working on that, but you'll probably have to be a bit understanding with that. But I think I'm worth it!
