I'd like to tell you that I'm a very laid back (but also busy) lady that likes to have fun. I love to laugh and make people laugh.
I played sports my whole life so I have a bit of a competitive spirit about me. I am still active and try to do fun things along with my exercise to stay in shape and mix it up.
You CAN do everything alone but it's more fun if you have someone you like to share fun times with. I'm looking for a friend to do things with, someone to get to know, someone to just hang out with - and maybe, just maybe.....something may "click".
My family and friends are so very important to me and I try to spend as much time with them as I can - especially since I've lost a few close family members lately. You just don't realize how much you'll miss that person until they are no longer there to talk to.

I have lived on the coast all of my life, and being a southern woman, it's not a problem being able to go from capris, tank top, and flip flops to a gown or a party dress. That's just what we do! :)

To be treated well, loved, respected, and to have their love and respect reciprocated. I think we just make bad choices. (Shoot!!) smile :) I know I have! But sometimes, the choices we make at the time, seems like the best one. I hate that hind-sight is 20/20 saying...
We all have the same needs, but are so different. I'm openminded.. but how can you say you're open-minded if you have so many rules?
I do have a few that I try to keep.
1. Love God.
2. Love One Another.
Other rules and codes of conduct are secondary to these. If you're doing these two things, everything else will fall into place.

. Love, life and rollercoasters . . . What do they all have in common? The feeling of exhileration and abandonment with a sense of safety and control. Well, I've got the coaster thing down pat (although I've not ridden nearly enough of them yet), but now I'm ready to jump on the rollercoaster of love. Stomach-clenching ups and dizzying downs are to be expected, but as long as we both pull into the station together and intact, the ride will be worth it. About the rollercoaster analogy . . . one item on my bucket list is to ride as many rollercoasters as I can. Once upon a time, I thought I might like to try hang-gliding, but after a minor, bone-breaking car accident a couple of years ago, I realized that I'm not immortal. Thrills are great as long as they are controlled thrills! ;)

I've played it too safe for too long. I'm ready to branch out into unchartered territories and taste a bit of life. I love college football (Roll Tide!), bookstores, and dusk in the summertime. I enjoy reading (Stephen King and Dan Brown among others), movies, cooking, flower gardening, and travelling (I don't get to do enough of it, though). There's a lot in this life I've not tried and would like to find someone to experience them with. I can be polished and proper in a business suit or down and dirty in a pair of cutoffs and a wife beater tshirt. I like a man to be flexible as well. There's nothing nicer than a man in a suit unless it's a man with his shirt off hammering something!
I'm looking for a man with a good sense of humor and a true sense of good morals. Honesty is very important to me. I have a very quick, dry, and sometimes sarcastic sense of humor, so I can dish it out as well as take it. Life's too short to be serious all of the time.
