Keeping myself physically, mentally and spiritually fit is very important to me. I have very little regard for 'organized religion,' and I feel strongly that one's spirituality has nothing to do with a building or a group of people who make human rules based on a desire for power and control. I respect you if religion is an important part of your life, but it is not something I will ever embrace. I meditate/pray and work daily to develop a relationship with the Divine Source.
My mate is a man who has integrity and strength of character, is capable and can handle most any situation. He's world conscious and aware. He's trustworthy and commands my respect and admiration; yet is generous and kind and has a great sense of humor.
