Well let me start off by saying I love to laugh! I'm a little sarcastic and silly. I have performed with a few improv groups in Mobile over the years so I enjoy humor in all forms. A few of my passions are traveling (desperately want to visit foreign countries), performing in theater/plays/operas, seeing concerts, and spending time with friends. . Hi guys, my name is Rebekah and I didn't like my first draft on here so this is my 2nd go at it. I guess I'll start with me - I would consider myself a very genuine, caring person. I am honest and don't like drama. If you ask my opinion, be prepared to get the truth. My friends and family are very important to me and I will do anything in my power to make sure they are happy. I have been known to be a bit stubborn and I am independent so if you are clingy, please don't bother. I can promise you if I'm not allowed my personal space I will feel suffocated. I am not a jealous person so don't even try to go there.
I love to laugh and joke around with people. I have a dry, sarcastic sense of humor but if you don't get it, I'll find another way to make you laugh. A good comedy or just a good joke will brighten my day almost immediately.
I am an animal lover, mostly dogs but I love cats as well and anything else on four legs. I'm not a fan of birds, they freak me out and I feel that all spiders and cockroaches deserve slow and painful deaths as long as someone else is doing the killing.
Travel is a huge part of my life, at least I try to keep it that way as much as possible. I've started a pretty nice list of places I've seen but I still have many, many more that I've yet to get to. I also love to camp, hike, swim and just pretty much be outdoors as much as possible. Life's too short and the world's too big to spend all my time couped up inside.
I am looking for someone to share my adventures with or just lay on the couch with and enjoy some good wine and a good movie. Being a gentleman is important to me but having guts and standing up for your beliefs is also important. I'm pretty athletic and will probably challenge you to a pick-up game of basketball or a race and if I win, don't pout. There's always next time.

. Starting over with this profile thing... I am fairly picky when it comes to men, but all within reason. Most important attributes in a guy: has life goals and aspirations, career oriented, is well educated (college degree of BA or higher preferred), preferably a conservative or Republican. I like my guy to have gotten out of the party stage. I am not a party animal but I am not boring either. More important than anything is a nice, genuine guy who is honest and does not have anger problems. I love to be social, but not into the bar scene too much! Now and then is fun though!! Also, I really, really do NOT like facial hair. I like a clean cut guy that is tall and athletic (or somewhat athletic). Although I love healthy food, I love to eat and indulge now and then, so those who live off protein bars, shakes and egg whites may get a little boring to me at times :) I love bowling, going out to eat, ice skating, playing with my dog, hiking, mountain biking, working out, watching funny movies, sushi, Starbucks lattes, shopping, taking road trips, going on camping trips and staying in cute cabins, I love listening to good music, and have several other hobbies. I have my bachelors degree in communicative disorders and am currently taking online classes to obtain my masters degree in rehabilitative counseling.
