Enjoy strolling through street festivals checking out the arts and crafts, eating ethnic food and enjoying the music. Would love to learn how to snowboard and snowshoe come winter. Always have wanted to take a hot air balloon ride. Believe in trying new experiences and growing personally. Attempt to play golf but rate myself as only an advanced beginner. For less strenuous activities enjoy dining out trying new restaurants and looking for that dive nobody has found (favorite foods are Mexican, Chinese, and Italian). Enjoy seeing live theater and concerts, visiting a museum, taking in a movie, and dancing (even though I have two left feet and can’t carry a rhythm...go figure). Even up for checking out a little antique shop and rummaging through looking for a hidden treasure in some remote mountain town. On cold/snowy nights staying in and cuddling up in front of a fire (or in my case a gas fireplace) while watching videos/DVDs is a great way to stay warm. Might throw in a home cooked meal (can cook for myself but for two would be much more fun) and a back rub. Love to take day trips or get away for a long weekend. Have just discovered the relaxing pleasures of Colorado's hot springs. Would love to go back soon. Ultimately, would like to visit Europe, Australia, the Caribbean Islands, Western Canada, and cruise the coast of Canada to Alaska. Not necessary that I be doing something every minute. Just chilling out and doing nothing every once in a while is fine. I'll admit to enjoying sports but it is only a small part of who I am. It doesn’t totally consume me. Enjoy football, baseball, and hockey mostly. It is not a requirement that you enjoy sports but it would be nice. We accept each other for who we are and support each others interests. Don't have any kids of my own but enjoy kids be they already yours or in the future (open to the possibility of adoption). Moved to the Springs from the San Francisco Bay Area eight years ago and moved into my new home seven years ago. Not looking for the “perfect” match. Don’t believe it is possible for one to exist since it implies that you be perfect. Simply looking for the “best possible” match aka "best" friend to begin sharing life's experiences and adventures with. Willing to accept your flaws just as I hope you would be willing to accept mine. View people in their entirety and not focus solely on their imperfections. Initially we begin as "best" friends sharing the good times and enjoying all of life’s little adventures together. So many possible things to do the list is endless. Not only would we share the good times but be there to comfort each other during the not so good times. If the relationship develops into something stronger and more intimate that would be great. Ultimately in the future when the right person enters my life I would like to marry again. But not in a big rush now. Looking to enjoy life and whatever adventures come along. We would possess similar interests yet have different interest that we would share, celebrate, and support. We would make each other more complete people. It is where two halves make more than a whole. One plus one equals three (I am an accountant?). However, there is one hard and fast rule you must accept without exception. You are going to have to like dogs. Once I get more landscaping done to get rid of the mud one of the first things I plan on doing is getting a dog (Yellow Labrador). Not exactly sure how to end this (so much to say still but so little space they are saying I have no characters left) other than to say that if you are interested in becoming best friends and sharing some good times together I would love to hear from you and we could see what develops from there.
