I have been on Match several months now..like most of you I'm on here because I'm busy and it's hard to meet people. I work M-F and sometimes Saturday...I have my 13 year old daughter every weekend, unless she gets a better offer..which is happening more and more. I'll leave it to you to decide if that was over-the-top sappy and you're laughing at the computer screen (which is more than fine...glad I could make you laugh!) or if perhaps that struck you as indicative of someone you might want to know more about. Traveling, adventure, and serving our country with my fellow Soldiers are as important to me as self-awareness, personal growth, seeking knowledge and experiencing gratitude for everyday joys big and small. My biggest passion as an officer in the Army (retiring next year) has not been the excitement of flying helicopters or jumping out of airplanes; it is these incredible young Soldiers who serve their country.
