I guess I'll give a (not so) little run-down of things that are important to me. Here we go!
Family
Family is super important to me. I'm really close with mine and am really grateful that for the first time in about 18 years (spent the last 18 years living in NYC area, but I'm originally from LA) , my immediate family and most of my relatives are living within 30 minutes of each other. It's awesome (most of the time haha). A separation is important too...
Friends
I think that a good relationship is partly built on the understanding that an individual's own circle of friends is important. I love my friends and wouldn't want to be in a relationship with someone who makes me neglect them. I also wouldn't want my partner to neglect theirs! I definitely think you need to devote attention to both the relationship and friendships to make them work.
Music
I've had a love of music ever since I was little. I've always loved the way it makes me feel and how you can find music appropriate for any type of situation/feeling/mood/part of life. Everything about music appeals to me: discovering researching new artists and genres, lyrics, playing instruments, live music, etc. I seriously just flipping LOVE IT. Why don't you marry it? I would if I could.
Being Active
I've always liked to stay active, whether it's been soccer, softball, Tae Kwon Do or running. I've also always had a love of exploring the outdoors. While it's obviously fun to go out to bars with friends over the wknd, I also like to not feel awful the next day so I can get outside and do some activity.
Traveling
There is sooooo much of the world to see and I cannot relate to people who don't have an interest in seeing what's out there! I've been to Spain, Italy and Greece, but want to see so many more places. If I had a month off, I'd take a road trip exploring the U.S. Little weekend trips are all the rage while I'm in school though hah. Good thing there are so many good spots to visit on the west coast!
Ambition
I'm currently taking the prerequisite courses necessary to apply for my Masters in Speech Language Pathology to become a Speech Therapist. I studied Business Marketing in undergrad though. I pretty much randomly stumbled on this career about a year ago when someone suggested it to me. I did some research, and found a real interest in the field. It combines the best of everything I liked most about my previous jobs. I love that I'll have the opportunity to build relationships with clients to help them communicate with the world around them. It's my hope that I'll find someone who is ambitious and understanding of my commitment to my school work. Don't get me wrong though - despite my busy schedule, I'll make a relationship work! :)
Humor
A good sense of humor is MUST for me! I love being a goof off. My closest friends and I have a sense of humor that can be sarcastic, awkward, witty and dry. I'd hope to find someone else who has a similar sense of humor and we just click. I've also got an outgoing personality, so I'd like someone else that is too! (Not like always "on stage" kind of outgoing though. (That can be irritating ha.)
Simplicity
I'm definitely not a high-maintenance kind of girl. (They all say that! Am I right?) While it's obviously fun to get dressed up for special occasions, I'm mostly laid back. I try to lead a positive life because there's so much to be grateful for! I grew up with two brothers and all male cousins, so I enjoy joking around a lot. I like a guy who takes care of himself, but doesn't care more about getting dressed than me. :)

To be honest, I'm on here because it is so hard to find a decent guy here in Los Angeles. So many people take themselves way too seriously out here and it's kind of sad. I like going to bars/clubs. I love watching and playing sports. My goal this summer is to go to a Dodgers game. I've been dying to go to one since I moved out here. Running is one of my favorite things to do. It's one of the best ways to clear my head.

It's very intense, but I think at the end of the day it feels good knowing that I at least tried to do good.My job has made me realize that most of the problems in society stem from how children are treated at young age.This is depressing, yet hopeful because it's not fixed.
