I would be remiss if I did not mention that I have an AMAZING 18 year-old son. We have a great relationship, full of laughter and warm hugs. He is wise well beyond his years and a music prodigy. It is an honor to be his mother and if kids are a reflection of their parents, then I'm a way better person than I thought.
I adore animals and foster Jack Russells in despair. The pic you see is of my dearly departed Jack, who was my constant companion. I don't think I'll ever stop missing him.
One last thing and this one is a bit touchy. When you get to my age, there are a LOT of bald guys, or guys with very little hair. Being the passionate girl that I am, physical attraction is IMPORTANT to me and unfortunately bald heads are a TURN off for me.
I eat SUPER clean. No choice but to give my brain great food to work with. I can barely remember what I did yesterday, as it is. So I need to give my brain all the help it can get. Although at times I recognize the need to be a "flexetarian."
I have the unusual combination of being a low maintenance but INTENSE girl.
While I know the difference between a Phillips and a Robertson and can split my own kindling, I also enjoy the finer comforts in life. Having said that, my greatest joy comes from SIMPLE pleasures.
