Date a woman from United States. I enjoy hiking, taking walks, bikerides, dining out, going to the movies, rollerblading and sharing time with my awesome family of friends.
- And I would like to be able to share some of that with someone.
I'm described as cute, creative, fun-loving, open and light-hearted.
I'm looking for the same: Someone who is cute, fun and has a great personality.
I'm looking for a spark, "click" connection with someone who enjoys spending time together. If it grows into something more, all the better. I'm not on a timeline. I'll wait a lifetime for the right person. I want to enjoy the "now."
Meet someone special from United States. About me: I like to laugh, I like when others make me laugh. I even laugh at myself most days - especially when I'm trying to cook! Can I just help you in the kitchen?
About you: I love a man who is kind to everyone, not just to me or his mom. Takes charge when needed and makes me feel like a women, and can be soft and romantic as well.
If we are a match, the perfect weekend may include checking out the latest wine bar, staying up just a bit too late, sleeping in guilt free, lots of cuddle time, and then spending our afternoon on the hiking trail where we talk, laugh, and plan which movie to go see later.
Date a soulmate from United States. I am honest, loyal, funny, love to try new things. I am looking for a man that is affectionate; loves to hold hands, hug, kiss, etc. I would rather find that one great guy than date around. I am curvy right now but working out 4-5x's a week and letting a trainer kick my butt! I am not lazy and love to get out and do things! I'm a good person just looking for the same to enjoy life with. I do not take great pics so hopefully you don't judge by that. Also, I recently started up with a hiking club and love it, so maybe I can find someone to enjoy that with as well.

I compete as a Figure/Fitness Competitor. I lead a healthy lifestyle and am very dedicated to my sport. I am seeking someone with a similar lifestyle, a working professional and a competitive athlete.
Meet a soulmate from North Hollywood, United States. I'd rather be outside! Whether it be hiking, sailing, kayaking, camping...or just laying out. In the winter, what else? Snow skiing...I doubt you can keep up with me, but that isn't a deal breaker.
Other activities I enjoy are the theater, symphony, or finding a late night cafe and talking. I'm still pretty much a loner and although have some really great friends, cherish my time alone.
How would my friends describe me? Well, quirky, honest, compassionate and brave, (I hope) come to mind. Not sure what I'm looking for in a relationship, it has been a long time since I've dated so, now, really looking to meet new people and take it easy. Trust me, this is a major step!
I'm active in my church: choir member and Sunday School. My spiritual life is very important to me and I get most of my balance and joy from my Christian walk. I'm extremely grateful for my relationship with God and it informs much about how I see the world and my responsibility in it.
Date a woman from California, United States. I'm looking for a man who is ready for a committed, long-term relationship. I am ultimately looking for marriage and I hope to find a true partner. I want to be with someone who wants their relationship to be the focus and enjoys "couple time".
While I enjoy going out to concerts/shows, I'm not into the bar scene. I prefer to pretty much not drink at all. But they don't have an "almost never" choice. I have good values and I'm interested in good clean fun.......with a somewhat quirky edge.
There's a good chance we'll hit it off if you have or have had one or more of the following: Converse, a punk rock t-shirt, more than 100 vinyl Lps, a collection of some kind, an action figure, a t-shirt that confuses many and is hilarious to few, Doc Martens, a heavy metal t-shirt, a stack of Ticketmaster stubs, a subscription to Rolling Stone, a Magic Mountain season pass, a darkroom, Scrabble, an understanding of Jeopardy, a cat.
Turn-offs: superficiality, people who are judgmental, people who insult other people, poor tippers, excessive body hair, cigarettes, dirty fingernails, lack of a sense of humor, lack of ability to communicate, liars.
Turn-ons: laughter, men's cologne, intelligence, kindness, confidence, oral hygiene, stability.
Meet someone special from California, United States. Yes, you read that that right – that was not a typo. I am 5’1”. But that’s barefoot. You’ll rarely see me without my platforms on. I act 5’5” though. Most people don’t believe how old I am, either. I like to say I feel 35. With my good friends, 16. Some days, I feel as young as my two kids (8 and 11). I’m looking for someone thoughtful, funny, edgy. I also need a guitarist for my band. (JK)
My friends say I’m outgoing, funky, and boisterous. I’m drawn to people who can laugh at themselves and the ridiculous details of life. But I’m also somewhat like Jeff Buckley's "Grace" album: passionate, hopeful, inspired, and eclectic. Then there’s my Beastie Boys side: fierce, ironic, independent. Recently, I introduced my kids to Pop Rocks, the Ramones, and the B-52s. People are always surprised to find out that I’m an elementary school teacher. (Maybe it’s the leopard print or my hair?) So I like to play “guess my profession” at parties. But I’m definitely passionate about my work. Children are our future, and we need to be there to answer the important questions they have about life, like when my 10 year old son recently asked, “Mom, what does the internet is for porn’ mean?”) Really.
Once my sister's wife (and thatРІР‚в„ўs not a typo) mistakenly used bathroom air freshener sticks as perfume and rubbed it on her neck. We laughed so hard it hurt, and we almost got kicked out of the restaurant. You know you're in trouble when they send a whole team of busboys to your table. That happens a lot with my family and friends, but you know, IРІР‚в„ўd rather be at table having all the fun (and getting a few stares) than being at one of those tables where they just look at the breadbasket. That doesnРІР‚в„ўt mean that I donРІР‚в„ўt appreciate dinners with a quiet, romantic intensity.
I’m a pretty visual person –I’ll take 20 photos of a sunset or a rock formation. Some of my happiest times are spent on home remodeling projects, playing with light, color, and space. I love all types of music- I grew up listening to classical, but now my passion is alt and indie rock, eclectic singer/songwriters, hip hop, dance and electronic, and my kids and I sing and dance to pop. I don’t like fast food or action movies, I’m more likely to be watching a documentary on TLC (love “Intervention”). I love to eat anything with goat or feta cheese, curry, pesto, wasabi, and balsamic vinegar. My peak travel experiences include swimming in lava rock pools with my kids in Maui, hiking in Yosemite, hopping around Europe. I’m not really into sports (during the Olympics though, I suddenly become obsessed). At home I drink Cab or Merlot, but on vacation I want a drink that's multicolored and has an umbrella! Some of my favorite things include restaurants w/ real candles, African drums, Radiohead, lightning storms, Woody Allen movies, Bill Maher, hiking up to a gorgeous view and not rushing back down, Larry David, Michael Moore documentaries, movies like American Beauty (I deeply miss the series "Six Feet Under").
A perfect day might be a hike in Griffith Park, biking (or doing nothing) at the beach, exploring a new neighborhood, having an impromptu picnic. A great night out might be dinner and a movie- I know, sounds cliche, but it's the conversation that interests me. It might include a new alternative band or film, whether the color taupe is more brown or grey, and the ridiculousness of the goings on in the 2012 election.
Turn offs: laziness, dishonesty, clutter, self-denial, complainers (Debbie Downers), ignorance, low self-esteem, close-mindedness, conservatives, bad teeth, boredom, self-centeredness.
Turn ons: intelligence, curiosity, sense of humor, spontaneity, affection, musicality, open-mindedness, expressive, artsy, progressive, family-centered, animal-loving, happy.
Date a soulmate from California, United States. Simple, honest and trustworthy. Love to read, like the sounds of the waves. Love to hike with someone who can hold my hands and see the great natures that God created. Warm and romantic as well. Flexible in all aspects. Respectful and have the passion to help those who are in need.
. Hum, who I am and what I am looking for...
Good questions...indeed...
Who I am is ever changing and what I am looking for is peace of mind...
An attractive, well mannered and educated sexy man that I can trust is the ideal here...
. I'm very sensitive and passionate, dedicated and loyal. I love animals, I help people when I can...I care about things...I love the sunlight, the sound of the wind in the trees, the way the leaves dance in the wind and I love to work hard and succeed. It's easy for me to problem solve things - and I'm outgoing and friendly but need a lot of quiet time as well. I think deeply about things and am either moving really quickly or I'm very still..nothing in between. I love life. I love it and value it.
. I will say first that any picture I post is recent (with in the last 6 months)I have a positive outlook on life and I love to laugh. I appreciate the little things. I'm looking for my new best friend, partner, and lover. I've been around long enough to know some of what I want and quite a bit about what I do not want. I was nicknamed "Miss Blunt" at age 2. My close friends and family can read me like a book. This would be the reason I do not play poker. Try with all my might...I do not have a poker face. I would do anything for my friends and family. I love to cook but only for the people in my life I care about. I do not get the same enjoyment for cooking just for me. My idea of camping is a Hilton. But if you want to go with the boys for a few days...go for it. I'll go camp out at the Spa and Mall. I believe we should have had some things we do together and some things we do separately. It's good for me to miss you once in awhile.
You must be emotionally available, sweet; but not too sweet, funny, confident, humble, honest and affectionate. You must be tough enough to take a jab here and there (in fun) and be willing to give one back. Please do not punish me for what another woman has done or not done to you. I will show the same respect. I believe a first date should be short and sweet. We are both going to know in about 20-30 minutes if there is any chemistry or not. If there is GREAT! If not...that's ok too.
I have a demanding job that keeps me busy and I have many wonderful friends I enjoy spending time with. I try to get to the gym at least a few times a week, Pilates 1-2 times per week and I enjoy tennis even though I'm not that great.
