my top three personality characteristics are intelligence, honesty and understanding. I guess I should throw in flexible, easy-going, and generous. My worst personality trait....impatience with stupid people (as opposed to ignorant). As is the capacity to be unconditionally in touch with and accepting of feelings -- whatever they may be. Having fun is also important. Alone I tend in the direction of "serious"; but I do love to laugh, with a good sense of humor developed in the "Borscht Belt". . I so wish to be part of a robust passionate intimate relationship for the long-haul. (two earlier marriages were splendid for short periods; burning hot and brightly-- but did not sustain).
I am committed to staying healthy (good food, regular excercise and plenty of rest). And, to being kind as much of the time as possible...to self as well as others. When reaction happens, my intention is to rein in projections as soon as possible; take responsibility and move towards harmony as quickly as possible. My earlier relational life was highly charged with and largely defined by"lover" dynamics; now I seek foremost a heart connection; mutual respect, a good blend of curiosity, creativity, fun and shared world view.
